Flow of order to delivery for on-site processing

    • 1. Notice from a user of on-site machine processing
    • 2. Machine type for processed material (e.g. press, air hammer, and other industrial machine)
    • 3. Presentation of details about the size of processed material, space, etc. (e.g. drawings, photographs, etc.)
    • 4. Presentation of estimated specification
    • 5. Preliminary on-site examination on an as-needed basis by sales person and technical staff
    • 6. Presentation of cost estimate and timetable
    • 7. Discussion about order
    • 8. Acceptance of purchase order
    • 9. Customers are requested to ensure the following provisions
          ①Attendance of responsible observers during construction work
          ②Power supply of 200 V, 60 A or higher
          ③Pneumatic supply of 4 K or higher
          ④Machine yard of around 20 ㎡ near the construction site
          ⑤Borrowing of overhead travelling crane and forklift
          ⑥Parking lots for a heavy truck and a van
    • 10. Start of construction
    • 11. Record of pre-construction state check
    • 12. Receipt of signature for construction daily report
    • 13. Witnessed inspection of completed construction
    • 14. Presentation of construction record (inspection report)
