| June 1939 | Kichigoro Uchida, the first president, set up a business by launching the 3rd Factory of Morifuji Iron Works in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture, to manufacture the Morifuji system of hand and powered winches. |
| 1941 | Designated by the Ministry of the Navy as a weapon system repair factory, especially for the winches of light balloon and the antiaircraft gun. |
| 1950 | Started processing of parts for corrugated board manufacturing machines which are designed to produce corrugate machine, mill roll stand, preheater roll, etc. |
| 1969 | Teruhiro Uchida revamped business. Uchida Engineering Corporation, Limited, was established to focus on manufacturing and processing forging machine parts. |
| 1976 | Factory was moved to Kuki Shobu Kogyo Danchi (Industrial Complex) in Saitama Prefecture from Kawaguchi City. |
| 1982 | Started manufacturing die sets for warm forging and inclusive die forging, responding to the tide of motorization. |
| 1988 | A large CNC machine was installed to streamline the production line. |
| 1992 | Awarded a prize of the Chief of Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, for business and production rationalization. |
| 1999 | Approved by the governor of Saitama Prefecture as an accredited factory of the Small and Medium Enterprise Creative Activity Promotion Act, with respect to the research and development on the press bed surface construction. |
| 2000 | A large-scale pentagonal process machine was installed to launch the manufacture of precision die set. |
| 2003 | 3D software was introduced to make full use of CAD and CAM systems. |
| 2006 | Takao Uchida succeeded Hideo Uchida as the 4th president of the company. |
| 2009 | The Management Innovation Plan was approved by Saitama Prefecture. |
| 2010 | Established with Satoshoji Corp. the UCHIDA-SATO TECH(THAILAND) Co.,Ltd. as a local corporation in Thailand. |
| 2013 | Yoshinori Sano succeeded Takao Uchida as the 5th president of the company. Takao Uchida inaugurated at representative director and chairman. |
